“ Mouth-watering food bursting with flavor and just great, friendly, and polite service from the waiter Samahja, and a personal greeting from the manager that evening. It just made for a great ending to an already amazing night. ”

“ It wasn't too crowded around 5PM on a Saturday. Parking was available behind the restaurant, however if it's busy this won't be available quickly. The server was very attentive and refilled drinks frequently. I asked if there was some hot sauces available and he promptly got some Tabasco for my rice and beans. The root beer mix was a bit low. I informed the server and he verified I was correct on that and replaced the drink with another soft drink option. He had someone change the root beer syrup out before I left to make sure other patrons would have well balanced root beer sodas. Handful of tables were occupied but also plenty of space on the patio. While there, it wasn't too loud to have a conversation. The wall decorations added to the atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were enjoyable. I could of ate 6 of them. I absolutely will come back and try more dishes. The key lime cheesecake has a nice flavor to it as well. ”

“ Our experience was great! The boil experience was scrumptious!!! The grits were delicious as well as the boudin balls! Hakeem was a wonderful bartender and waiter! He made our night very pleasant with his charisma and kindness! He made our experience so enjoyable! He made me a Pina colada that I said was "tolerable" and went out of his way to have someone else make me one that I would enjoy more!!! The gentleman who took his time to make it was also so very nice!! And the gentleman who seated us was very kind too (he had a unique mustache)! Our over all experience was great and we'll definitely be back, hopefully we'll catch the great bartender with his great service! ”
